Please note silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to the elements. Oxidized silver jewelry can be brightened with metal polish and a polishing cloth or by soaking your jewelry in a baking soda & hot water solution, and then gently scrubbing it with a soft cloth.

To maintain the shine of your 14k solid gold piece, scrub it lightly with a soft-bristled brush using warm water and detergent-free soap. Then, buff gently with a clean cloth. Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.

Gold vermeil is an overlay of gold over a base of sterling silver. It is natural for gold vermeil jewelry to tarnish with time. To clean gold vermeil jewelry, buff gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Never use chemical cleaners on gold vermeil jewelry as it can strip the gold finish.
